A WHOLE BUNCH OF STUFF!

I won't be able to post anything new until April 21 or 22, so here is a bunch of artwork I created for myself and for the studios. Enjoy, and I'll see you soon!

PRESENTATION ART:

Dorothy and the Oz Castaways is an idea I pitched in 2008 to several studios. The premise had Dorothy moving from Kansas to Los Angeles with her Uncle Henry and Aunt Em. One day, the Scarecrow, Tin Man and Cowardly Lion decided to visit Dorothy in L.A., but the balloon they arrived in was destroyed upon landing there. Hence, the trio was stuck in Los Angeles while they tried to find a way to return to Oz.

Again, it is SUCH A treat to see your Consumer Product Arts, especially for your Warner Bros. works. Gotta love how lively Bugs and Porky look here :D

And I love your Oz Castaways idea; I reckon that would explain the Oz Character designs blog from a few months back. I wouldn't mind seeing that come to life, animated or otherwise...although for some bizarre reason, I imagine any Hanna-Barbera Lion to sound exactly like Daws Butler's "Snagglepuss!" XP

Hey Christopher--Many thanks for the positive feedback!

Actually, the previous Oz designs that I posted were done after I pitched the show idea. I just did those for fun. Glad to hear that you liked the Looney Tunes stuff. Thanks again!

These inspire me to do some of those "cartoon master copies" John K always lectures about!

I love the Castaways stuff too. Looks like a classic Hanna-Barbara special that never was.

Hey Brian--Thank you, and I'm glad to hear that looking at my work makes you want to draw. That's great!

Thanks too for the good words regarding the Oz concept that never came to be!
