I drew the top two Bugs Bunny rough concepts and the final inked drawing above for Warner Bros. International about six years ago. The final inked version has been posted on this blog already, so that's why it looks familiar. I had completely forgotten that I kept color photocopies of my rough drawings, which I just discovered at home today.As you can see, WB decided to go with the second concept. I recall that as I was finishing up the inking, WB called me and asked that I add Tweety to the art. So I quickly roughed out a Tweety drawing on a separate piece of paper before inking him. That's why he isn't on the original sketches...just in case you were wondering.
