MR. MAGOO'S CHRISTMAS CAROL EVENT THIS SATURDAY!

If you live in the Los Angeles area, then you should definitely attend the screening of Mister Magoo's Christmas Carol, this coming Saturday, December 19th, at the Aero Theatre in Santa Monica at 4:00pm. A panel discussion will follow, featuring author and animation director, Darrell Van Citters, who wrote the brand-new book on the making of the classic Magoo Christmas special. If you haven't picked up a copy of the book already, then you must do so. It is a beautifully illustrated and well-written account of what it took to get Mister Magoo's Christmas Carol on the air. I'm grateful that Darrell was the one who undertook the task of getting this book published. His passion for the material and his animation background are evident throughout this work.
