My friend Mark Lewis has just launched his new website at marklewisdraws.com. Mark is a superb artist in the animation industry who has worked for such studios as Warner Bros. Animation and SD Entertainment. He has also lent his talents to the world of comic books. Mark is one of those gifted artists who can draw both the humorous or "cartoony" characters, and also the realistic or superhero style of characters. LIZARD ILLUSTRATION

It was reported last week that a new lizard species was discovered in the Philippines. This reptile, which is related to the carnivorous Komodo dragon, is strictly a fruit eater. Well, maybe so, but this critter is over 6 feet in length, and if I ever see one of these the next time my wife and I are visiting the Philippines, I'll be hightailing it in the other direction!
